This is an online E-learning course consisting of 7 modules. These modules cover a range of evidence-based models and techniques to improve your time management. Topics include planning change, engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, addressing resistance and sustaining change. The course includes a mix of videos, exercises and reflective work. The modules take approximately 4 hours to complete, and you get 90 days' access. Your CPD certificate is provided on completion.
